Insurance Information

Navigating insurance coverage can be overwhelming, but we’re here to make the process seamless.

Since mental health benefits can vary widely, we provide a complimentary benefits check whenever you’re uncertain about your coverage. This allows us to create treatment goals that feel practical, attainable, and in step with your resources.

We are proud to be in-network with:

If we are not in network with your insurance, you may still have out-of-network benefits available. We also provide self-pay options when insurance isn’t used.

Session Rates

Let’s talk numbers:

We offer 53-minute sessions for individuals and couples. Our standard rate is $150 per 53-minute session.

Adjusted rates or financial assistance may be available based on individual circumstances and practice considerations.

Every therapist in our practice is individually chosen through a meticulous, values-driven selection process. Our therapists are not only highly trained, but they are also exceptional humans who can hold space, attune deeply, and guide meaningful change.

What if you don’t accept my insurance?

If we are out-of-network with your insurance carrier, we will provide you a Superbill (a fancy name for an invoice) monthly so that you can submit it to your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for services. Usually, reimbursement rates vary between 50-90% depending on which insurance you have. You can also pay for services with your HSA card.

What are your hours?

Our hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM MST and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 48-hour advanced notice of cancellation is required. If advanced notice is not provided, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $75.

Our time and your time are valuable, so we want to ensure we can offer that time slot to another client in need if you’re unable to make it!

What can I expect in a first session?

We understand you might be nervous (especially if this is your first time in therapy)… We are here to guide you and make you feel at ease.

We will send you some paperwork to get started before we meet. This paperwork will go over any questions we have during our first session. It allows us to dive right into therapy!

Our first session will be similar to a conversation with a friend. We ask you questions about your life to understand what’s going on with you better. We will set some goals to get you headed in the right direction!
