When Life Feels Overwhelming

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying more than anyone else sees. You may be struggling with anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck in patterns that leave you feeling exhausted and disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, adjusting to motherhood, balancing the demands of being a single mom, or simply trying to keep up with everything life asks of you.

As women, it can be easy to put everyone else’s needs before your own. Over time, this can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from who you are, or unsure of how to move forward. You may know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin.

Whether you’re seeking individual or couples therapy, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll work toward understanding what you’re experiencing and creating meaningful change. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Your story matters, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Therapy Designed Around You

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to help you better understand yourself while recognizing the strengths and resilience you already carry. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling heavy, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and build tools to support healing and growth.

I especially enjoy working with women and the unique challenges they experience throughout different seasons of life. This includes supporting moms navigating the emotional load of motherhood, single moms balancing multiple responsibilities, and women working through significant life transitions. I want to help you recognize the part of yourself that has helped you survive, adapt, and keep going, while creating space for healing and self-compassion. My approach incorporates EMDR, somatic interventions, and compassion-focused therapy, allowing our work to be tailored to your individual needs and experiences.

For couples, therapy can provide an opportunity to slow down, improve communication, better understand one another, and work through challenges together. I utilize the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen their connection, navigate conflict, and build healthier relationship patterns. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, I’ll meet you where you are and tailor our work to your needs and goals.

Here’s Why I Became A Therapist…

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a safe, non-judgmental space where they can show up exactly as they are and feel genuinely heard. Taking the step to look for a therapist is an act of strength, and I want you to feel supported from the moment you walk through the door.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adams State University, where I developed training in working with individuals, couples, and families. My passion is helping people reconnect with their strengths, better understand their experiences, and feel empowered to create change.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, recognize your resilience, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are.

It’s time to take the first step on your healing journey…

It would be my honor to guide and walk you through your pain.
