About Morgan

When Life Feels Overwhelming

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance recovery, relationship challenges, or the weight of difficult life experiences. You may feel exhausted from trying to hold everything together or unsure of how to move forward.

You don’t have to have all the answers before starting therapy. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, angry, sad, or simply stuck, you’ll be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward creating meaningful, lasting change.

What It Will Be Like Working Together

Therapy is a place where you can slow down, take a deep breath, and focus on yourself. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and safe enough to be your authentic self. I believe that healing begins when you feel accepted without judgment.

Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing while identifying the strengths you already possess. We’ll look at how your relationships, family, work, culture, and life experiences may be impacting your well-being, and we’ll develop practical tools that help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

My Approach To Therapy

I’ve always been passionate about helping others and believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I feel honored to walk alongside people during some of the most challenging seasons of their lives and support them as they discover their own resilience.

Being a therapist allows me to build genuine relationships with my clients while helping them better understand themselves, overcome obstacles, and move toward the life they want to live. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone recognize their own strength and begin to believe in themselves again.

Modalities: My approach draws from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adlerian therapy, and talk-therapy. I integrate these approaches based on each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences, creating a collaborative and personalized therapeutic experience.

Here’s Why I Became A Therapist…

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado.

My professional experience includes community mental health, crisis intervention, school-based mental health services, reintegration services, and working with adolescents, adults, families, and justice-involved individuals. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance recovery, emotional regulation, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, behavioral challenges, and school or workplace stress.

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), strengths-based interventions, solution-focused techniques, and multisystemic approaches to create a treatment plan that fits each client’s unique needs.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
